Odds on how many Majors Tiger Woods will win in 2010
Tiger Woods is teeing it up this week in the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, the second Major of the year in 2010. Many golf fans around the world are wondering if Tiger Woods will win a Major Championship in 2010 with all that has happened in his personal life. With that being said, below are the odds on how many, or if any, Majors Tiger Woods will win in 2010.
Below are odds from Sportsbook.com on how many Majors Tiger Woods will win in 2010:
0 Majors: -250
1 Major: +200
2 Majors: +750
3 Majors: +3000
First 2 Majors of 2010:
Now, we all know Tiger Woods finished T-4 in the first Major of the year at Augusta National, The Masters. The second Major of the year in 2010 is being played at Pebble Beach where Tiger Woods won the last time Pebble had a U.S. Open in 2000. Oh, and did I mention he won by an unfathomable 15 strokes ahead of the second place finisher Ernie Els. Tiger shattered all records with this phenomenal feet.
Final 2 Majors of 2010:
The third Major of 2010 is the British Open in July, played at St. Andrews. Tiger Woods’ record at St. Andrews is mind-boggling and second to none. The fourth and final Major of the year is in August, the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin. Whistling Straits is predicted as the most difficult golf course for Woods of the three, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he won there. Also, by the time the PGA Championship comes around in August, Tiger’s personally life I’m sure will be in a better place than it is now.
Tiger Woods Major Wins in 2010 Prediction:
Everyone has their own opinion on how many Majors Tiger Woods will win in 2010, as do I have my own opinion. To get right to the point, I predict Tiger Woods to win 1 Major in 2010. It’s hard to predict which 1 Major he will win, but if I had to predict I would say the British Open at St. Andrews. I predict him to have a top 10 finish at the U.S. Open, win the British Open, and have a top 20 finish at the PGA Championship. If you wanted specifics, there you have it. Now, these are just my predictions and he easily could win more Majors, less Majors, or a different Major than the British Open. Whatever happens, the world will be watching to see exactly how Tiger plays in the last 3 Majors.
