2012 San Diego Chargers vs New Orleans Saints

The 0-4 Saints are favored against the 3-1 Chargers by 3.5 points in Week 5’s Sunday Night Football Game. This just goes to show how good the Saints can be even though they haven’t won a game yet in the 2012-2013 NFL season.

Prediction:
Saints Beat the Point Spread and I Take the Under

Location:
New Orleans, Louisiana

Date:
Sunday October 7, 2012 at 8:20pm Eastern Time

San Diego Chargers:
The Chargers are off to a great starting, leading the AFC West division with a 3-1 record. San Diego won easily last week against the Kansas City Chiefs, beating them 37-20 in Kansas City. The Chargers are going to have a tough game ahead of them, playing well in New Orleans is usually tough to do.

New Orleans Saints:
I believe the Saints are the #1 drama team this year in the NFL. I would pick the Jets #2 and the Cowboys #3. This is somewhat unfortunate because the Saints have played so spectacular the last several years, not to mention it’s great for the city of New Orleans that they have been doing so. And usually when you think of Drew Brees and Sean Payton, you think of class and professionalism. But, that is not the case this year will all the bad things that happened, and I can’t feel bad that they are 0-4.

Game Prediction:
Week 5’s Sunday Night Football Game is the San Diego Chargers vs the New Orleans Saints. What a great match and game this should be. Could you imagine the Saints starting the season 0-5 after this game? Well, I could see it happening but I don’t believe it will. I predict the Saints finally winning their first game of the season in a lower scoring game than anticipated.
