Cincinnati Bengals:
The Bengals to me are still in the building process of putting together a great team. Although they won last week by 7 points against the Brown, 34-27, they just aren’t a very explosive team on either side of the field. They have an uphill battle this year in order to make the playoffs, but if they could knock off the Redskins they could well be on their way.

Washington Redskins:
Although the Redskins lost last week by 3 points against the Rams, 31-28, they have a very bright future with it starting this season. Quarterback Robert Griffin III has looked superb in his first 2 starts in the NFL as a rookie. In my opinion, they are in the toughest division in the entire league, yet they could just as well win their division. If it wasn’t for poor coaching, which is rare with Mike Shannon, Washington could easily be 2-0 and mostly likely 3-0 after the Bengals game. I’m still not sure why they tried kicking a 62-yard field goal when it was 4th and 1 with plenty of time on the clock.

Game Prediction:
Both teams are in the building process, but I think the Redskins are a little further along the way in that process. I’m sure the bookies set the spread as low as they did because RG3 is still unpredictable, but I just don’t see them losing this game at home. I predict the Redskins to win easily in a lower scoring game.
