2013 Baltimore Ravens vs Denver Broncos Game Prediction
The first AFC Divisional playoff game will be the Ravens vs. Broncos, and this could be Ray Lewis’ last NFL game. Denver is the hottest team in the league with an impressive 11-game winning streak and I don’t see it stopping now.

Baltimore Ravens:
The Baltimore Ravens had an impressive win against the Indianapolis Colts in the first round of the playoffs. They easily won 24-9, and it was a pretty emotional game all-around. From the Ravens standpoint it was Ray Lewis’ last game in Baltimore. Lewis has been with the team his entire career which is rare nowadays, a superstar sticking to the team that drafted him. If they want a chance at beating the Broncos, they need to maintain their high intensity defense but more importantly they need to score points to keep up with Manning.
Denver Broncos:
The Broncos won home field advantage throughout the playoffs so they had a nice bye week to get them team healthy and rested. They started the season 2-3 but as Peyton Manning became comfortable with his health and new team, he has lead them to 11 straight wins to finish the season 13-3. They are extremely strong on both offense and defense, and I don’t see them having any trouble with the Ravens. They would need to turn it over about 5 or 6 times to lose this game, and I just don’t see that happening.
Game Prediction:
The first AFC Divisional playoff game will be held this Saturday at Mile High/Denver. Even if the weather is chilling it won’t really favor one team since they both are familiar with cool temperatures. It’s always tough to win on the road, especially in the playoffs, but doesn’t mean it can’t be done since we have seen it several times in the past several year; the Giants and Packers come to recent mind, both #6 seeds and won the Super Bowl. Even with that all being said, I really like the Broncos in this game. Denver wins at home, beats the point spread, and I take the over.
