Jacksonville Jaguars:
The Jaguars are definitely off to a shaky start, and I just don’t see it getting much better as the season goes on. They looked flat out bad last week against the Texans. Grant you, the Texan are a very solid team and have Super Bowl potential, but when the only way you move the chains is by defensive penalties, well, that isn’t a good sign. Blaine Gabbert didn’t play the whole game last week, he game out with an injury, but it sounds like he will be healthy and ready to play against the Colts.

Indianapolis Colts:
The Colts played a much better game in Week 2 as they did in Week 1. Although Minnesota made a late run, Indianapolis did end up winning by 3 points, 23-20. Rookie quarterback Andrew Luck played a much better game. It appeared his nerves were much calmer against the Vikings as opposed to the opening game. He has a bright future ahead of him, and he will only get better and better as he gains NFL experience.

Game Prediction:
Although I do predict this being a close game, especially since it’s an in-division rivalry game, I do have to give the edge to the home team which in this case is the Indianapolis Colts. If it were played in Jacksonville, I would have to pull out my lucky coin and flip it. The Jaguars just haven’t proven enough to me at all to give them the nod, as were the Colts are showing positive potential. Colts beat the spread in a low scoring game.
