The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Boston Celtics in Game 3, 91-84. The Lakers are now up 2-1 in the NBA Championship Series. Game 3 was the first game in Boston, yet the Lakers dominated most of the game other than a charge from the Celtics in the late 3rd quarter and early 4th quarter. The Lakers played more like they did in Game 1, very aggressive on offense, which resulted them in another win.

Boston Celtics:
The Boston Celtics struggled in almost all aspects of the game. The only really positive point in Game 3 for the Celtics was the production from Kevin Garnett. Garnett played outstanding basketball on both offense and defense. Now, I definitely can’t say the same for Ray Allen who went 0-13. You almost could blame Ray Allen for the Celtics loss.

Los Angeles Lakers vs Boston Celtics Prediction:
The Los Angeles Lakers have taken a 1 game lead in the NBA Finals going into Game 4. In my opinion, this is a MUST win for the Boston Celtics. If the Celtics only win 1 of the next 2 games in Boston, you might as well hand out the championship rings to the Lakers. The Celtics need to regroup and have Ray Allen and Paul Pierce produce more on offense while maintaining solid defense. The Lakers were the aggressors in Game 3, and now Boston needs to take that bigger step in Game 4. Boston will bring their game on Thursday, and beat the Lakers in a low scoring game.
