Rapper 50 Cent in Belligerent Confrontation at NBA Game
While NBA fans may be used to seeing players getting belligerent on court during games, it’s not often that confrontations occur courtside among the audience. At a recent Golden State Warriors vs New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden, the rapper 50 Cent was photographed squaring up to his former business partner, Steve Stoute, looking considerably angry and menacing. 50 Cent was seen pointing fingers in Stoute’s face and baring his teeth in a conversation that looked anything but friendly.
50 Cent was more than likely taking his anger out on Stoute for telling reporters recently that the rapper hadn’t produced any decent music of late.
“50 hasn’t had a hit in a really long time”, Stoute said in a recent interview. “He has not made anything musically that has changed anything in a very really long time. I feel like he’s always gearing up for something that never happens.”
Stoute is reportedly peeved that 50 Cent never thanked him properly for arranging a number of lucrative business deals, such as a Reebok sponsorship.
“50 Cent never thanked me for that,” said Stoute. “The guy made so much money off of that, and the guy never thanked me. He walks around and says he can’t stand me. I don’t think he can stand anybody. I don’t know who he likes, but he definitely doesn’t like me. I gave him his first deal, gave him the sneaker deal. I don’t know. He just don’t like me.
Although 50 Cent posted a photo of himself on Instagram at the Knicks game, it was obviously not the infamous one of him confronting Stoute. However, last night he released a ‘response’ video on Youtube, firing back at Stoute where the general message was: You shouldn’t talk sh*t ’bout noone.
